Have You Heard of Tiers When Writing out a Guest List?

Let's talk about writing up a guest for your event. Have you heard of tiers? No? Well there is always a first.

Have you always dreamed of something small and elegant with supportive friends and family or could it be a much larger affair with all of your distant relatives?  This would also be a great time for the both of you and your fiance to discuss  some ground rules.  Do you want to invite children?

Let's talk about tiers:
Tier 1 should consist of immediate family ( grandparents, siblings, aunt and first cousins). Tier 2 should consist of your close friends and the 3rd tier should consist of co-workers and other friends.  If your budget does not allow for the amount of guests on your list, this tier system will assist you when removing guests names.  Start from the bottom tier and work your way up.

Got it?

What are your thoughts?
